The International Monetary Fund (IMF) confirms that a development grant valued at $25 million USD was disbursed just over a month ago to Mr. Sehoon Park, CEO of Pan Korea Operation Ltd., as part of the IMF’s strategic initiative to support regional economic growth and sustainable development in the Republic of Korea.

This grant was allocated through Region State Bank, where Mr. Park established a dedicated account for the sole purpose of managing and deploying the funds in alignment with the outlined development goals. The grant was approved following a rigorous assessment of Pan Korea Operation Ltd.’s proposal, which highlighted critical areas of intervention, including infrastructure enhancement, job creation, and community-based economic revitalization.

As part of the IMF’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and measurable development impact, we are now seeking a detailed public report from Mr. Park and Pan Korea Operation Ltd. on the utilization of the grant. This includes:

• A breakdown of projects and initiatives funded by the grant
• A report on the regional and societal impact over the past 30+ days
• Progress toward stated development objectives
• Challenges faced and mitigations implemented
• Mechanisms in place to ensure long-term sustainability and effective governance

The IMF strongly believes that public visibility into how development funds are managed is essential—not only to maintain global confidence in our programs but also to inspire responsible economic stewardship across partner nations. Sharing this information will also enable regional stakeholders and the broader community to assess and understand the direct benefits generated by this substantial investment.

We invite Pan Korea Operation Ltd. to work collaboratively with the IMF in compiling and presenting this information for public review. The report will contribute to the global development dialogue and serve as a benchmark for future grant recipients.
